In a case where the product can’t be fixed or cost of sending the garment to Bangkok to fix and sending it back to end destination, is higher than the product cost, we can make partial or full refunds in the form of online store credit. This has to be discussed on per case basis. Please note that, our goal is customer satisfaction.
