If any of the items have been wrongly delivered to you, it cannot be returned if they are opened and clearly damaged by client. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for returned even if it has been wrongly sent to you.

We will only refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel. Refunds may take up to one billing cycle to show up on your statement.

We do not offer free returns nor full refunds. All our products are made specifically to a clients’ size; hence we cannot offer a return. However, the good side is - everything is hand stitched and bespoke so it may be perfected and altered to every inch of a client’s requirement. Simply reach out to us and let us know your concern.

In a case where the product can’t be fixed or cost of sending the garment to Bangkok to fix and sending it back to end destination, is higher than the product cost, we can make partial or full refunds in the form of online store credit. This has to be discussed on per case basis. Please note that, our goal is customer satisfaction. And there isn’t a prettier sight than those of happy customers in our store. However, please note that We are unable to provide a monetary refund as clothes are custom made to your size, however, we offer to alter the clothes to your specifications until you are satisfied.

Each product has been made for your unique size and we are hence unable to accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, just let us know at Contact us or by messaging us through any of our social media handles and we will do all we can to make things right.

Import tax subjected to be paid by customer depends on the country and region of  service.

Shipping via UPS, DHL, TNT or a local shipping partner (depending on the country and region of service) takes three to seven days for the products to reach you. A tracking number will be shared after the goods are shipped.

Standard Shipping (Registered Shipping) takes two to three weeks for the products to reach you. A tracking number will be shared after the goods are shipped.

For express delivery (within 1 week) to another country, extra charge is levied (conditions apply).
