One of the advantages of custom tailoring is that sizes can be increased/ decreased slightly, to the preference of the owner, and in most cases, we are able to fix any errors. Please reach out to us if there has been any genuine error with your product and we will fix the error. We do not have a money-back policy. After determining the error, any of the following options will be considered.
For Minor and Immediate Alteration: You can get it fixed locally and we will reimburse you a reasonable amount.
For Major Alteration:
You can send the products back to us, we will fix them and send them back to you OR we can pick the products up in our next trip, fix and send them back to you, at no additional cost to you. Before pursuing any option, please discuss the issue with us in advance.
